Typewire offers a starter email plan with minimal features for basic email needs. We offer our starter plan at minimal cost for users to try the basic features of Typewire. Our starter plan includes the same privacy and security guarantee of our basic and premium plans.
Typewire offers a 7 day free trial for up to 5 users. For accounts over 5 users we offer a 100% refund guarantee within 7 days. If you cancel within the 7 day trial period you will pay nothing. We do require a valid credit card during the free trial sign-up process for account verification. At the end of the 7 day free trial period your credit card will be billed for your first month of service based on the pricing plan you have chosen. You may cancel Typewire's services at any time during your billing cycles.
You must choose an @typewire email address during the account setup process. You can chose any email address from the domains listed below provided it is not already assigned to another user. Premium account holders may also add their own domains to Typewire. Premium account owners can also choose the email addresses assigned to users under their control.

Yes you can use your own domain name with Typewire. Our premium plan allows you to use up to 5 of your own domain names. Each user under our premium plan includes up to 50 email aliases which can be assigned to your own custom domains.
