This document will guide you through setting up your own domains in Typewire. We will work through configuring the domain names in Typewire and adding or modifying DNS records for your domains.
Within only a few minutes your domains will be setup to work with Typewire.
Step 1: Add your domain to your Typewire account.
Login to your Typewire account.
Go to 'Settings', 'Account settings', 'Domains'.
Press the 'New' icon.

Typewire will configure your domain and generate the DNS records you'll need to add to your domain.
Step 2: Add the required DNS records to your domain.
Referring to the DNS records shown in step 1 add or modify the DNS records for your domain.
Add or modify the MX record as show for your domain.
Add or modify the SFP record as shown for your domain.
Add or modify the DKIM record as shown for your domain.
Step 3: Validate your DNS records.
Typewire must confirm and validate your DNS records before activating your domain for use.
To begin the validation press the 'Validate' button.
Typewire will attempt the validate your MX, SPF and DKIM records and display the results.
If any of the validations does not succeed you must verify the DNS and try to validate again.
